1. Overview

9noo School ERP helps schools, teachers, parents, students, and administrators access school ERP services. This policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when the ERP or mobile app is used.

2. Information We Handle

Depending on the modules enabled by a school, the ERP may handle the following information:

• Account and login details such as username, role, school, branch, and authentication/session information.
• Student and parent details such as names, admission numbers, class/division, roll number, contact details, guardian details, and profile photos.
• Academic and school records such as attendance, late marks, exam marks, grades, reports, homework, notices, certificates, and school communication.
• Operational records such as transport, library, fee, upload/file, and other ERP module data when enabled by the school.
• Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, app diagnostics, security logs, and timestamps used for security and troubleshooting.

3. Information Stored on the Device

The mobile app may store basic preferences such as selected school code, school name, school URL, and device sign-in/session preferences. Passwords are not intentionally stored in plain text by the mobile app.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide school ERP services, authenticate users, show role-based dashboards, manage school records, communicate with parents or staff, generate reports, prevent misuse, maintain security, and provide support.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be visible to the school and authorized users according to their roles and permissions. Data may also be processed by hosting, storage, email, messaging, analytics, security, or technical service providers only as needed to operate and support the ERP. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

6. Children and Student Data

Student data is processed for school administration and educational purposes under the authority and configuration of the respective school. Access is restricted by login, role, branch, and module permissions configured in the ERP.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, authentication, role-based access, and server-side controls to protect information. No internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should keep passwords private and use trusted devices.

8. Retention and Deletion

School records are retained according to the school's operational, legal, and academic requirements. Users may request correction or deletion of applicable personal information through the school administrator or the support contact below, subject to school record-keeping obligations.

9. Third-Party Services

The app runs on Android and may use standard Android WebView and Google Play services. If a user chooses to share a message through WhatsApp or another app, that action is handled by the selected third-party app and its own privacy practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when ERP features, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest version.
